  • Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.

  • We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.

  • Pack the item securely and include the RMA number in the return package.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

1. Processing Time:

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • We will send you the correct item or issue a refund, and return shipping costs will be covered by us.

3. Items Not Received:

  • If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@topfighter.store.

  • We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and assist you in resolving it. If the order is deemed lost, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

4. Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.

5. Returns After Delivery:
